Abstract

Correspondence, awards, photographs, and clippings, 1977-2006, from lesbian activist Ann Bradley. Bradley is known for creating and producing the Lesbian Writers Series at A Different Light Books in Los Angeles. The bulk of the collection contains correspondence and clippings on gay and lesbian rights, same-sex marriage, a boycott of Colorado businesses, and Officer Mitchell Grobeson's discrimination suit against the Los Angeles Police Department.

Manners was the owner and operator of the home-based gay and lesbian mail order catalog Books Bohemian (Pasadena, California) from 1977 to 2004.
